Pre-project activities
Pre-project work consists of:
In the search and purchase of a plot (if you do not have one) or/and in study of specifications of the plot, in order to fully understand the details of the construction of the future project;
Discussing with the client his wishes, goals and needs to create an ideal project.
Project preparation
Based on the work carried out at the previous stage:
Our technical team prepares a detailed estimate of the project for client, bringing into it all the requirements for the size of the project, the finishing option, interior work, installations, etc.;
Our design team customize one of the ready-made house design projects to the needs of the client, or develop a completely new project at the request of the client;
We carry out work on obtaining licenses and building permits; we carry out the thermal study in order to define the heating and cooling needs; we produce the execution plans (construction plans) of your project.
Ecofab house construction
After finishing all the project preparation work, we begin the construction process:
We manufacture the materials of the entire building regarding design project in our Ecofab Factory;
We deliver the materials ready to assemble on construction site;
Once the ground has been prepared and the foundations are finished, the construction of the Ecofab House can then be started start:
Construction of the whole structure, waterproofing, joinery;
Interior and exterior finishes;
Installation of electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation, smart home and solar panels.
